We want to give a shout out to our January Band Director of the Month, Daniel Barthel. He is a phenomenal musician, passionate music educator and loving father. The success of his students is paramount above all, so he often reaches out to experts such as GPG Music for help in his concert and jazz ensembles.
Daniel immediately saw the value in the OVE program last year and fought hard to get it approved in his district, allowing dozens of ensembles the opportunity to participate in our program. Daniel is the consummate educator and the musical community is fortunate to have him as a leader and example in our field.
